In response to the efforts of the Ross Township Police administrators of the SPIN REPORT to make a concerted effort to verify the accuracy of any reports pertaining to the War Dogs Motorcycle Club, we have suspended the COUNTER SPIN NETWORK on our website.
We would like to sincerely thank those Police Officers that have taken the time to check the accuracy of any reports pertaining to our Club instead of jumping to conclusions every time they see or hear a rumor concerning one of our Members.
Of course, the time will come when one or more of our Members do something stupid. When that happens, we will take any offense that violates our nation's laws or our BY-LAWS very seriously. It will not be tolerated by our Club.
We will continue to strive to be a quality Club that contributes to the community in a positive way. We would hope that if one of our Members does something contrary to our goals and mission statement, the Law Enforcement Community will not use that to tarnish what we have worked to achieve.
We respect the Law Enforcement Community and we will continue to work to build our Fallen Hero's Scholarship fund to assist the children of Police Officers, Veterans, and Firefighters who have been injured or killed in the line of duty. This year's Scholarships will be awarded on January 10th, 2009. Five $2500.00 Scholarships will be awarded to the children of an injured Marine Veteran, an injured Firefighter, two injured Police Officers, and one donation to a youth group, several of whose fathers were killed in the War on Terror.
