Subject: War Dogs are Murderers!
Date: September, 10th, 2008 On Tuesday, September 9th, 2008, the President of the Steel Valley Lodge read a "Thank You" letter to fellow Lodge Members from the War Dogs Motorcycle Club. Keep in mind that the War Dogs have several Members in the Steel Valley Lodge. This letter of Thanks was for their contribution to the War Dogs Fallen Heroes’ Scholarship Run. This letter was read during the normal course of Lodge business and was recorded in the minutes. After this letter was read, Detective Dale Grant of the Moon Township Police Department made a ridiculous and utterly false statement in front of approximately 30 Police Lodge Members. His statement was “Now the War Dogs can go kill another Police Officer”. Upon hearing Detective Grant's statement, the President of the Lodge informed Detective Grant that he was unaware of anything like that ever happening. Detective Grant then stated “Well, ask the family of the murdered Police Officer”. No War Dog has ever been charged or arrested for assault against a any Police Officer. No War Dog has ever murdered anyone; let alone a Police Officer. Detective Grant's slanderous remarks are callous and irresponsible. It sounds like a remark you might hear from a teenage dolt at an all night keg party. Certainly not a statement you would expect from an experienced investigator in Chief McCarthy's excellent Police Department. Officers from his own Police Department commented that he is an idiot for saying something so completely untrue. Has Detective Grant been reading a SPIN Report that no one else has seen? Maybe he will post one to legitimize his moronic statement.
